Bodley & Jones Immigration Solutions provides cost-effective and efficient document concierge and retrieval services.

 

We source, retrieve and expedite documents such as: 

 

• Birth certificates (Vault & Unabridged)

• Marriage certificates 

• Certificates of naturalisation 

• Any documents related to immigration, such as proof of ancestry and other copies of old documents and records (sometimes over 100 years old!) 

We do it all for you. 

We liaise and collaborate with various embassies and consulates in Europe and the United Kingdom (and others) to get your documentation to you.

 

For South Africans, no matter where you are in the world, we can help you get what you need from Home Affairs, with a remarkably quick turn around of 8-12 weeks. 

 

We endeavour to have a quick turn around time of 1-2 weeks if you are requesting an EU or UK document.   

 

Once our clients are in possession of their documents, they then go on to apply for long-term visas, or additional nationalities and dual citizenship. 

 

What makes our service bespoke is that we find documents long thought to be lost or too difficult to find. 

Whilst we don’t provide immigration advice, we can refer to the official government guidance for various countries. 

 

We often get niche requests for unusual documents and we welcome this. We’d love to hear from you and we would love to help you find a solution that works for you.

What does it cost?

For a limited time only, UK & EU birth or death certificates request costs R3700/£160. This is the cost for a digital copy of the birth or death certificate from the UK or anywhere in Europe. A digital copy is sufficient 9 out of 10 times. 

For South Africans, no matter where you are in the world, we can help you get what you need from Home Affairs, with a remarkably quick turn around of 8-12 weeks. Unabridged or vault birth certifcates, marriage certificates and death certificates - £350. 

 

The super priority service takes 4-6 weeks and the cost for this is £450. 

 

For hardcopies, tracked delivery to your doorstep through DHL. If you are in the UK, you don't pay for postage. The cost for this depends on where you are. It ranges from £10 - £50 on top of the cost of the document requested.

We agree on the costs once we have assessed your needs in our initial consultation, which is free. If we can’t find what you’re looking for, you don’t pay. Sometimes, you might not be sure which document you need; we can help with that, too.
